Will the Centre continue to trade normally during development?

Your shopping experience will not be altered, Safeway, Big W and all of your favourite Specialty Stores will continue to trade as normal.

Where can I park?

Car parking throughout the construction phase of development will be available in the Northern car park (Safeway Entrance) and the Southern car park (Big W Garden Shop Entrance), however there will be no access to the Centre through the Edward Street entrance. Parking Bays for people with disabilities remain unchanged and are still available at the Northern and Southern Entrances.

Can I access both car parks through one entrance?

Yes, both car parks can still be accessed through the ring road that runs along Railway Place through the Railway Station and at the back of the Centre.

When will the new Stores open and how many will there be?

The new and exciting Bendigo Marketplace will open in late 2008 and will include a Super Store Best & Less and over 40 new Specialty Stores.

Where is Centre Management located?

As the Centre Management office will be demolished in the near future, the Centre Management Team have now relocated offices to 37 Garsed Street, Bendigo (opposite Dan Murphy’s). Contact numbers have not changed and you can still contact Centre Management on (03) 5441 6906.

Who do I contact if I’m interested in Leasing a tenancy in the new development?

Is the Bendigo Marketplace courtesy Wheelchair still available?

Yes, the Bendigo Marketplace wheelchair is still available and is now located at Safeway. If you know when you will be shopping next, why not contact Centre Management on (03) 5441 6906 and book it in advance.
